I admit it, I'm useless at coming up with builds and nothing I try seems to get even 15 points. It'd be nice to map the Dynastic Tombs and get my Elonian Cartographer done.

Anyone got any specific advice beyond having IMS & IAS & attack skills? My fairly standard WE Axe and DSlash builds seem next to useless here...

Uh...use the Wurm and run around? Just kill enough to open all the doors and go nuts.
(Its a challenge mission that requires you to solo and the main method is using the wurms to kill everything...in case you didn't know)

I saw mention of a wurm in it. Thought it was something that happened when you unlocked areas... Guess I'd better look around some more 'cos I never noticed any wurm spoor...

if you want to map the area (and you don't know already,apologies if you do) may i suggest getting a few 'bowls of skalefin soup' = no more degen,you can zoom around in a wurm all day long

Well, in case you or anyone else is interested in doing it (for the armor, perhaps), I recommend essentially cheating the whole thing by consuming a Blue Rock Candy. The Maddened Spirits cannot outrun you at that speed and the effects will not be removed when entering or departing a wurm. It lasts for 20 mins which is easily long enough to kill all the greater infestations and a fair few spirits. Best I got was 4 in one run. Check Wiki for more tips.
